Re green blazers and VHS tapes.

Côr Meibion Caernarfon was formed in 1967. To celebrate our 50th anniversary we are arranging an exhibition of choir memorabilia in Galeri Caernarfon between 5 and 11 November.

There will be lots of old photos, concert programmes, posters, certificates etc. But, as yet, we have not managed to find an example of the choir’s very first uniform – a green blazer with the badge “Côr Meibion Ferodo”.

If any of your readers has one of these blazers gathering dust in the attic or in the back of a wardrobe, we would like to borrow it to show at the exhibition.

We are also looking for VHS cassette recordings from the 1970s and early 1980s. If you have a recording of the choir from this period, we would like to borrow the tape.
