Madam,

This lunchtime when getting off the bus by the clock tower in Aberystwyth, suffering with sleep deprivation, I had not realised how far away the bus had parked from the kerb and before I could stop myself I fell over into the street and on top of my pushchair. Thankfully my daughter was totally unscathed. I wanted to thank from the bottom of my heart all the people who rushed over to help me and console me when I was suffering with shock. You were all incredibly kind and I am so grateful.
