Madam,
At last the penny has dropped and one of our leaders has realised that we need banks and cashpoints on our high streets.
Well it’s about time. The banks have not cared a hoot that our elderly have no means of getting their money, other than travelling long distances. The community feeling on the high street has gone because of this and someone needs to bring it back.
If this was brought back, it would maybe help to give other business the life blood to help them too.
The banks have let us all down with their no-care attitude, They have not cared about the social impact of this, only the cost to themselves.
Well it’s payback time now. Which bank will take the lead and come back giving us the service we have paid for for years?
Yours etc,
Jean Miles, Harlech.
