TRIBUTES have flooded in for a “kind and fantastic” mother who has died after a battle with cancer.

Karen Roberts, 56, passed away last month after suffering a “complex and unique condition” called Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma, a rare cancer which attacks the body’s own defences.

The mother-of-three was a much-loved figure in Blaenau Ffestiniog and was known affectionately as Anti Karen by the children in Caban Bach, where she had worked for the last 10 years.
