The parking problems at Bronglais could have been solved years ago when a new hospital should have been built at the site where the government offices ‘white elephant’ building was built. Bronglais could have then been converted to be used by the occupiers of these offices.

Why was the Bronglais two-floor car park not a multi-storey one, when it was obvious that the current capacity would be woefully inadequate. It has no more room than the previous open car park which was always full to capacity!
