Madam,

Today while listening to the radio, I learnt that £800m had been spent on railway infrastructure in north Wales. This sum, remarkably, is the exact amount quoted for a north to south railway for Wales!

The southern part of Wales is where, quite wrongly in my humble opinion, Wales’ capital and government is situated. The government ought, surely, to be in the centre of the nation, where possible, for ease of access to all AMs. Does anyone know how north and central AMs commute to Cardiff?

Yours etc,

C M Ward, Cwmann.
