Madam,

I am writing in response to Roger Louvet’s brilliant letter in Cambrian News (‘Stop drift to privatisation’, 26 July). I agree with everything he says about privatisation of the NHS.

I would like to point out it is the devolved government of Wales which is responsible for what is happening here with the NHS, and with dentistry in particular! I have been four years on a waiting list for a dentist. The Welsh Labour Party should be ashamed of itself. What do those in government care? I bet they all have their private dentists.

I am a Labour Party member and even I say the Welsh Labour Party should be ashamed of itself! How they have stayed in power with the state of the NHS here is beyond me.

I would love to hear from others, like myself, who are on a dentist’s waiting list. Maybe we could get something done! People power and all that.
