Madam,

It seems strange to me that all the recycling that people are doing, and the changing way that rubbish is collected, is having a terrible impact on the overall cleanliness of the environment, which cancels out the good that all the recycling is doing.

We have more pollution above ground than ever. People’s frustration on what to do with uncollected rubbish is having a terrible toll on our lives.

We can all see that the old way of collection and disposal at least worked. It wasn’t a perfect way, but was better than things are at the moment, which seem so careless. The whole system needs a rethink before our world is unrecognisable and drowns from our excesses.
