It’s fantastic that local cafés are reducing their single-use plastic (‘Fantastic new project to help reduce plastic waste’) and please let’s get rid of the ubiquitous wrapped biscuits that are served with coffee!

So why isn’t the funder, Natural Resources Wales, practising what it preaches?

We were shocked on a recent visit to Nant yr Arian - home of the kite-feeding photo featured last week - to find single-use sauce sachets in abundance.
