Madam,

Is everyone like me waiting for the boom? I would gladly press the button to demolish St David’s Hotel. The demolition experts are there we know, but why the wait? Are they making sure it’s the right time or what?

We are all waiting to see the view, hidden for many years. I’m sure it will be spectacular and will lead to a better-looking site.

Much better than the sight for sore eyes we have looked at for too long. Well here’s hoping it will soon hit the dust. Harlech has waited much too long for this historic moment of rejuvenation.
