A WELSH Government inspector has allowed a planning appeal for a single 74-metre-high wind turbine at a farm near Lampeter.
Inspector Aidan McCooey agreed to an appeal made by Seren Renewables against the decision of Ceredigion County Council after hearing that government ministers had concluded that the proposal would not be an Environmental Impact Assessment development.
