An annual Children in Need fundraiser is scheduled to arrive in Portmeirion at the end of its first day.
The Rickshaw Challenge, now in its ninth year, will cover a 400-mile route over eight days from Holyhead to London to raise money for BBC Children in Need.
Their journey will begin on Friday, 8 November in Holyhead.
The first day of the journey will see the team travelling from Holyhead down to Portmeirion.
The team will then travel across Wales for a further two days before crossing over into England on Sunday, 10 October.
During their time in north Wales the Rickshaw team will be tackling Ffordd Pen Llech in Harlech, which was recently named the steepest street in the world by the Guinness World Records.
The team will cross the finish line on the Friday, 15 November at BBC Elstree Studios during the BBC Children in Need Appeal Show.
McLaren has provided a custom rickshaw with a focus on accessibility.
Last year the rickshaw provided included an “innovative seat-post system” which allowed those with limited mobility to join the team.
This year, their solution enables visually impaired and blind riders to also join the team.
The team, which is made up of six young people and The One Show’s Matt Baker, will have their progress broadcasted live on The One Show throughout the week.
Since its inception in 2011, the Rickshaw Challenge has raised over £25 million for the cause.
