An Aberystwyth road was closed earlier today following reports that a man had fallen from a window.

Dyfed-Powys Police has confirmed that North Road was closed by Dyfed-Powys Police as emergency services attended the scene, including an air ambulance.

An air ambulance spokesperson said: “Wales Air Ambulance attended an incident today in the Aberystwyth area."Our South Wales crew were mobile at 11.02am and arrived at the scene at 11.26am."Following critical care treatment from our medical team, we airlifted the patient to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff."We left the scene at 12.42pm and arrived at the hospital at 1.12pm. Our involvement concluded at 2.26pm.”
