An arrest has been made by police investigating reports of a man posing as an officer.

Dyfed-Powys Police said: "We are continuing to investigate a number of reports in the Powys and Ceredigion area of a man purporting to be a police officer.

"A 21-year-old man from the Essex area has been arrested in connection with the investigation.

"He has been released on conditional bail pending further police enquiries."
