CARDIGAN police are seeking a thug who shot and seriously injured a cat with an air rifle.

They say the incident happened sometime between 2pm on Sunday, 17 July, and 7am the following morning.

“The incident is believed to have occurred in the Golwg y Castell area of Cardigan, however other locations are possible,” said a spokesperson.
