Police are appealing for help to find a missing teen.

North Wales Police Gwynedd South have teamed up with colleagues in Coventry to share information about the missing 15-year-old who has links to the north Wales county.

NWP Gwynedd South shared a social media post by Coventry Police which says: “Can you help us find Jay?

“The 15-year-old is missing and we're concerned for his welfare.

“Jay is known to have links across Coventry, as well as Gwynedd in Wales.

“If you know where he is, call 999 quoting PID number 444418.”
