The trial, which will now take place before a High Court judge, will be held in May at Mold Crown Court.

No pleas were entered on Monday.
Benjamin George Fitzsimons, 22, of Nanhoron, Pwllheli, had already been charged with possessing a loaded shotgun in a public place.

Co-defendants Harry Robert Butler, 22, of Llaniestyn, Pwllheli, and Michael David Fitzsimons, 24, of Nanhoron, Pwllheli, are charged with possessing a loaded shotgun in a public place.
All four were rebailed by Judge Rowlands when they appeared in the dock at Mold.
