Madam,

Re: the story in the Cambrian News about Japanese Knotweed and the two to seven ‘meters’ that the plants are growing, are they gas meters, electricity meters or even worse smart meters? We should be told.

Seriously, please help stop the Americanisation of the language - the word is metres. Furthermore we do not use the term “railroad” in Britain (further on in same article) and don’t get me started on “train station” - it’s railway station!
