Madam,

I just feel I should write to you about a shock-ing experience I had in Aberystwyth on 11 May.My son took me to see a solicitor to register the death of my wife.

We were in there for 40 minutes. When we came out to the car, not far from Natwest bank, there was a sticker on the screen with a fine of £70, yes £70! I almost collapsed with shock.

I gave my son the money and the penalty has now been paid. No wonder these wardens are detested and hated.
