Madam,

Due to my own incompetence I managed to lose both my wallet and purse while Christmas shopping.

I cancelled my cards but was amazed to receive a call from a lady at Mid Wales Travel asking me had I lost anything. I described the items and arranged collection.

The effort this lady put into tracing me was above the call of duty and I am extremely grateful for the time she took to track me down.

I would like to convey my thanks.
