Do you love taking part in theatre? Aberystwyth Arts Centre Community Theatre is looking for actors, musicians and stage staff for their next production.

Scheduled for June, the show will be an adaptation of W P Thackeray’s Vanity Fair.

Though it first appeared in the 1840s, the tale of the charismatic, shrewd and amoral Becky Sharp’s journey from Miss Pinkerton’s Academy for Young Ladies out into the wide world is as relevant today as it was nearly 200 years ago.

If you are over 16 and would love to help create the Georgian society in which Becky and her equally flawed friends and acquaintances find themselves, come along to the auditions in Rehearsal Room 1 at the arts centre on Sunday, 26 January, from 12pm to 3pm.
