A HOST of critically acclaimed Welsh artists will help the last edition of a popular festival go out with a bang.

Having announced that the seventh edition of the boutique event will be the last for the time being, Festival No 6 has revealed a diverse line-up from across the Welsh music spectrum for this year’s event.

Joining the Stage No.6 on Saturday is influential Welsh musician and poet, Geraint Jarman.

Nyth Gwydir will be hosting a collective blend of Welsh artists for Sunday on Y Bandstand.

Meic Stevens is also welcomed alongside the likes of Estella, Cadno, Pasta Hull, Ffracas and Nyth DJs.

Others acts include Cosh Records’ growing stars Gwilym, Llanrug blues-rock teenagers Alffa, female post-folk outfit Adwaith, Llangollen collective Campfire Social, fearsome Pontypridd rock trio CHROMA (special DJ set), electronic producer Eädyth, Norwegian float folk trio I See Rivers, cutting-edge pop from Marged, Weller prodigy Nia Wyn, Welsh five-piece folk rebels NoGood Boyo and four-piece indie rockers The Pitchforks.

Saturday sees Welsh music specialists CEG Records curate a bespoke mix of artists and collaborators including acoustic duo Tagaradr, singer-songwriter Hannah Willwood, Beth Celyn, Sera, Ap Cooper, Courteous Thief, Eve Goodman, Colossous, Vulpes Urbana, former lead guitarist of Catfish and the Bottlemen, Billy Bibby with his latest endeavour Billy Bibby & The Wry Smiles, and Roger & The Secret.

Already announced are Brythoniaid Welsh Male Voice Choir, Gwenno and Yucatan.
