Madam,
On behalf of my husband and myself I would like to thank our parish priest of St Winefride’s Church and all who contributed with time and effort to prepare St Padarn’s school hall to host the Christmas midnight mass.
The great efforts were appreciated by those attending the masses over the Christmas week.
For a parish which has suffered much controversy and dissension over the preceding few years, Christmas allowed us all to come together to celebrate and to put aside argument.

Aber indie press founder becomes the oldest-ever nominee for UK Trailblazer awardWe may not have had a church to celebrate in but the summation of advent did feel special and it was joyous and beautiful to share.
We hope and pray that 2017 will be a better year for all parishioners whatever their opinions and that we can come closer together in friendship as well as faith to support whichever outcome occurs.
This time has tested relationships and faith in each other and the sooner a mutually acceptable resolution is made the happier we shall all be.
Yours etc,
Natasha Folwarski Jenkins, Aberystwyth.
