Community beach cleaning

ON FRIDAY, 18 March, between 3pm and 5pm volunteers will be clearing Barmouth beach of the rubbish accumulated over the winter.This initiative is open to everyone who wants to help keep Barmouth clean.All bags and pickers will be provided; meet at the coastguard.

Buffs

THE CLUB is planning a ladies’ evening on 9 April with entertainment provided by Wildboys Entertainment. The fun will start at 7.30pm and end at midnight. Contact Rita at the club for tickets.

Easter disco

THERE will be an Easter disco for vulnerable adults in residential or supported living or living with family on Saturday, 26 March, from 5pm to 7pm at the Buffs Club.There will be a visit from the Easter Bunny who will be giving each service user a free Cadbury Creme Egg.

Folk tales

ON SUNDAY, 13 March, there will be an afternoon of traditional Welsh folk and fairy tales told by a storyteller and two musicians at Dragon Theatre. A story-making and illustration workshop will follow. Free tea and cake is included in the entry price. The event is suitable for anyone over the age of five.
