MEMBERS attended their first meeting of 2016 on 28 January.It was a pleasure to listen as David Roberts continued his series of talks on local history from Henry VIII to the Reformation, in particular how the changes in religious practices affected the ordinary people of Dolgellau and its surounding areas. Members hope to hear him continue his fascinating saga very soon.

Celebrations were planned for St David’s Day on 26 February at the village hall.

New members are always warmly welcomed.
