The practice aim to provide high-quality dental care that’s also welcoming, friendly and empathetic to all patients but especially those with dental anxieties. This compassionate approach has certainly been recognised by the judging panels.
Principal dentist Dr Owain Dimmick was delighted by the wins and said: “I’m very proud of my team for what they have achieved. The success of the practice is because of them.”
His view was echoed by practice manager Becky Gardner, who said: “Collecting eight awards for the practice represents a huge achievement for Owain and the entire team. It is testimony to the hard work and dedication demonstrated by all.”
