Ceredigion council is inviting parents, carers, employers, children and young people to share their views on childcare provision for 0 to 17 year olds.

Cllr Wyn Thomas, Cabinet Member for Schools, Lifelong Learning and Skills, said: “It is vital that parents, carers, employers and other stakeholders, along with children and young people have a meaningful opportunity to share their views.

“Their feedback will help identify where gaps in childcare provision exist and what support families need now and in the future.

“The council will work with appropriate partners to develop a five-year strategic plan that responds to the issues raised and supports a suitable, comprehensive childcare service for families across the county.”

The survey is available online until 31 October.
