Madam,

At about 6pm on 26 December, I had the misfortune to collapse in Second Avenue, Penparcau, and a young man found me and called the ambulance, for which I was very grateful.

Unfortunately, I did not get this gentleman’s name and I would like to say thank you to him for the help he gave me, as I was unable to help myself.

This young man also went to get my son, for which I was very thankful. So, please accept my sincere thanks. I am very grateful to you.
