Madam,
Re the notice for 10 and 11 October 2019 ‘Gwynedd Council reveals the master plan for Fairbourne’s future’.
The Arthog Community Council feels that it has no other option but to let the residents of Fairbourne know that the councillors of Arthog Community Council, which represents Arthog, Friog and Fairbourne, have had no input in, consultation about and no insight into the Final Master Plan or document of a similar name, due to be presented to the community, on 10 October at 2pm, 4pm and 6pm in the Fairbourne Village Hall, by Gwynedd Council’s representative.
The document has been composed solely by Gwynedd Council.
This action was discussed by councilors at their meeting held on Wednesday, 4 September in Arthog Village Hall. A vote was taken, which was unanimous and is duly entered in the minutes to let residents know this. It is minute no 922, proposed by Cllr Woolley and seconded by Cllr Neville.
Yours etc, Angela Thomas, clerk, on behalf of Arthog Community Council.
