Aeron Valley Railway Society

THE society met on Wednesday, 16 January, at 7.30pm for a presentation of various collections of photos and films supplied by the members.

It was well-attended and the audience was treated to a fascinating programme which extended from historic railways to the present day and included trams and vintage cars also.

The society’s interests extend into other aspects of transport and these were catered for too.

The next meeting will be held at the British Legion Hall at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 20 February.

There will be an illustrated talk by Emyr Phillips about the North Pembrokeshire Railway, a topic which promises to be full of interest.
