THE next meeting will be on Monday, 11 December, at the White Lion, Tegid Room at 2pm till 4pm.

This is an informal support group for those in the Bala are just to chat and have a cuppa.

There will be a meeting on Monday, 8 January, at 2pm till 4pm with a speaker on first aid and falls.
