THERE will be a meeting on 8 November, in Elim at the back of the shop starting at 9.15am till 9.45am, to discuss the Under 3s Christmas party and Christmas fair.

Walk Cancelled

IN anticipation of Storm Brian, the organisers of the annual Barnardo’s Walk reluctantly took the decision to cancel this year’s event in order to preserve the safety of all concerned.

Russian Choir Returns

RETURNING for another performance, the Resurrection Choir from St Petersburg, Russia will be bringing an international flavour of music to St John’s Church.

Refreshments will be available along with a selection of Russian items and recordings of the choir for sale.

The two-hour performance commences at 7.30pm on 1 November.
