THE President Jan Cole welcomed everybody to the December meeting, which was held at The Cemlyn.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and accepted.

The county letter was then read and dates noted.

Resolution voting slips to be completed at our January meeting.

Wales Conference Theatre Clwyd Mold on Sunday, 26 April: If required a coach may be laid on from Dolgellau to Mold.

2020 AGM Royal Albert Hall London commencing on Thursday, 4 June: Any members interested in attending must confirm by 17 January as coach and accommodation have to be booked.

Sheila Maxwell asked for volunteers to provide refreshments at the Plygain service to be held in Llanfair Church on 15 January.

A delicious afternoon tea was then served to members.

Entertainment then followed with carol singing and items from Edwina, Win, Jan and staff of the Cemlyn.

After a lovely festive afternoon the president wished everyone a very happy Christmas and reminded members that the January meeting would be held at 2pm in the memorial hall.
