CLLR Mel Goch ap Meirion attended a meeting to discuss the future of Neuadd Ffestiniog.

Previously, the property department of Gwynedd Council had mentioned the town council would take over the Neuadd.

There is no reference to this but Gwynedd Council is considering offering a 100-year lease to the town council, and in accepting the information, the town council is to discuss the issue further with Gwynedd Council if they so wish.

It has been reported that youngsters use the Bryn Coed field in the evening and they have been breaking the willow trees there and that someone had cut trees on the said field opposite the Bryn Coed houses without permission and left the remains of the trees untidily on the site.
