Beer festival

The LlanbedR Beer Festival committee has announced that applications are now open for local organisations along the Ardudwy coast to apply for small grants to help with their finances.

Since the beer festival started 13 years ago the committee has handed out more than £30,000 to local good causes.

Application forms are available on the website www.llanbedrbeerfestival.co.uk or on request by email to [email protected]

The closing date for applications is 31 January 2019 and all applicants will be notified of the committee’s decision soon afterwards.

The Llanbedr Christmas lights are being switched on next Friday, 30 November.

There will be carol singing, stalls with food and crafts, Santa’s grotto and more, starting from 5pm.

Their chosen charity this year is Achub Calon y Dyffryn who provide defibrillators across north Wales including the one in Llanbedr.
