Carnival
ANOTHER very enjoyable week in glorious sunshine with all events being very successful; thanks to all who helped in any way and the float looked really beautiful.
Gareth and Linda Lloyd were fantastic presidents as well as the vice-presidents, Alan and Mary Williams, who undertook the judging on carnival day joined by MP Ben Lake, who came for the first time to the carnival.
Bore coffi
CAFWYD bore coffi llwyddiannus iawn yn neuadd eglwys Llandysul a da oedd gweld cymaint wedi dod ynghyd am sgwrs a phaned.

Bingo
CAFWYD bingo llwyddiannus iawn yn y dafarn ym Mhrengwyn ar nos Fercher, 26 Mehefin, a da oedd gweld cwmni hwylus wedi dod ynghyd i fwynhau ac i ennill gwobrau.
Enillwyr y raffl oedd Linda Jones, Wunlleust; Bethan Thomas, Pontsian; Mair Davies, Brynmair; Caroline Davies, Fron a Mary Minyffordd.
Community singing
THE beginning of the carnival was an evening of community singing at St Tysul Church and it was lovely to see a full church with pupils of Bro Teifi School.
Cllr Keith Evans conducted and Martin Griffiths was the organist; thanks to all who supported.
Clwb Hanes
THERE will be no meeting in August but the next meeting will be on 25 September at the Tysul Hall at 7.15pm.
CYD Llandysul
THEY had a tricky treasure hunt to solve at Beth’s house and an excellent feast to follow.
The next meeting is on Wednesday, 21 August, at 7.45pm at the Porth Hotel.
