CAFWYD noson hyfryd yng Nghapel Penybont, Pontweli ar nos Sul, 11 Rhagfyr a da oedd gweld cymaint wedi dod i ganu dan arweiniad Carol Davies, Henllan. Yr organyddes oedd Nest James a’r artistiaid oedd Erin ac Alaw Tomos, Trebedw.

Coffee Morning

ON Friday, 30 December a coffee morning will be held from 10am till 11am at the church hall in aid of Tenovus.

AR nos Sul, 11 Rhagfyr cafwyd noson dda o ganu carolau dan arweiniad Keith Evans a da oedd gweld cymaint wedi dod ynghyd. Y llywydd oedd Gareth Davies, Drefach, Llanybydder, gynt o Glettwrside. Siaradodd ei wraig, Mary yn ei absenoldeb. Da oedd gweld yr artisitiaid ifanc, sef Gwion Thomas, Heledd a Mererid Jones yn ein diddanu mor arbennig.

Clwb Croeso

FOR the last meeting of 2016, the club attended a Christmas service on Tues-day, 13 December, at St Tysul Church, led by Rev Canon Chris Bolton.The service was very heart-warming with members of the club taking part.During the service a collection was taken which raised the grand sum of £200 raised.

Thanks were given to all those present who contributed. This money will be donated to Alzheimer Research. Following the service, members enjoyed refreshments at the Porth Hotel.As there is no meeting in January, the next meeting will be held on 14 February 2017 at the Porth Hotel at 2pm.
