SINCE their return after the summer break, they have had a number of meetings and events which have been enjoyed by all.

A very enjoyable but different evening was when Lorna Lowe demonstrated and encouraged them to try chair exercises to Zumba music, we all joined in very enthusiastically, how hard could chair exercises be? It was great fun and enjoyed by all.

They have enjoyed two outings this month, one when they joined St David’s Church at their Harvest Supper with most enjoyable entertainment provided by church members.

The other outing was to the Blue Island Ceramics at Ynyslas where they all tried painting and decorating various items of pottery.

Members were pleasantly surprised at how skilful they were and very pleased with the finished items.

The group meets every other Monday at the village hall alternating between afternoon and evening meetings.
