Church events

To celebrate Cherishing Churchyards week, St Cynllo’s Church will be open to visitors from Wednesday to Friday, 13-15 June from 11am until 3pm.

As well as an exhibition showcasing the church’s history, there will be an opportunity to discover whether your ancestors are connected to this beautiful church and churchyard with records dating back to 1755.

These will be available to view along with expert assistance from a local family historian with tips on how to trace family connections.

On Saturday, 16 June from 11am, there will be a plant fayre, arts and crafts and cream teas to raise funds for the church

On Sunday, 17 June a Service of Compline at 3.30pm, will conclude the week’s events.

Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this unique country church amidst a glorious pastoral setting.
