Thursday’s meeting was an in-house, open, ‘Triptych’ competition, a panel of three images on a common theme as a Dpi, or as prints. Guest judge Vince Penticost AWPF, made the arduous journey from Cross Keys to critique, offer knowledgeable advice and score, 27 Dpis and eight sets of print submissions.

Worthy winners emerged, in a closely fought contest, from both categories.

The next meeting, on 15 November, at 7.30pm, at the Memorial Hall, will be, weather permitting, ‘An Evening of Night Photography’, using lasers, other light sources and cameras’ ‘Bulb’ settings, to create amazing night images. New members are always welcome.
