Duck race

CANOLFAN Pennal’s duck race takes place on the River Sychan at 2pm on Monday, 27 August. Ducks are £1.

Having seen the river bone dry earlier in the summer, organisers are hoping for plenty of water to save this annual event from becoming a ‘duck walk’!

SIOE Pennal Show is on from midday on 25 August. Admission is £4 for adults and £1 for children over five years old.
