THIS year’s summer fair will be held after Mass on Sunday, 12 August.
They ask for support, both in terms of collecting prizes and saleable goods, as well as making cakes and volunteering to help out on the various stalls.
The annual sponsored walk will take place on Saturday, 25 August, taking the form of a Pilgrimage from St Beuno’s Well in Clynnog Fawr and incorporating a Parish Picnic at St Cybi’s Well in Llangybi, before concluding with the Vigil Mass at St Joseph’s at 6.30pm.
Although the full walk from Clynnog to Pwllheli is in the region of 15 miles, there will also be the option to walk smaller sections of the route so that as many people as possible are able to take part.
20 per cent of the proceeds will be donated to Alaw Ward, the Oncology Unit at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
