AN ABERYSTWYTH man has been fined by magistrates after driving on a provisional licence without L plates displayed.
Sam James, of 20 Bridge Street, was stopped by police on Castle Street in Aberystwyth on 22 June last year while driving a Vauxhall Astra, Llanelli magistrates heard on 10 January.
The 30-year-old was also driving without insurance.
He was fined £660 and had his licence endorse with six penalty points.
He must also pay £90 costs and a £26 surcharge.
