An Aberystwyth man and woman have been fined after admitting jointly possessing cannabis in Tywyn.

Kiera Davies and Liam Akister, both of Flat 1, 16 Princess Street, appeared before Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on 5 October.

Davies, 27, and 23-year-old Akister both pleaded guilty to jointly possessing a quantity of cannabis in Tywyn on 21 August 2024.

Each was handed a fine of £120.

Davies and Akister much each also pay £85 costs and a victim fund surcharge of £48.
