An Aberystwyth woman has been fined by magistrates after appearing in court to admit breaching a community order.
Miriam Amer, of 26 Cambrian Street, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 9 September.
The 44-year-old admitted a charge of failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Aberystwyth Magistrates Court on 20 May this year by failing to attend a planned appointment with the Dyfed Drug and Alcohol Service on 14 August and also failing to attend two planned office appointments on 18 and 27 August.
The court heard Amer failed to provide acceptable evidence within five days for the breaches.
Magistrates handed Amer a fine of £40 and she must also pay costs of £60.
