A Llanbadarn Fawr man will stand trial next year after denying riding an e-scooter whilst disqualified, without insurance and with drugs in his system.

Brandon Parker, of 3 Brook Terrace, Heol y Bont, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 21 October.

The 29-year-old denied riding an e-scooter on Llanbadarn Road, Aberystwyth with cannabis in his system on 26 April.

Parker also pleaded not guilty to riding the e-scooter while disqualified from driving and while uninsured.

Parker is due to stand trial at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 14 January next year.

He was remanded on unconditional bail until that date.
