A Barmouth man has been handed a community order after admitting assaulting a man in Blaenau Ffestiniog.
Sam Jones, of Min y Mor Hotel, The Promenade, appeared before Caernarfon magistrates on 30 January.
The 23-year-old pleaded guilty to assaulting John Roberts in Blaenau Ffestiniog on 28 November last year.
Jones was handed a 12 month community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and up to 20 days of rehabilitation activities.
He must also pay £85 costs.
