A Blaenau Ffestiniog man has been banned from the road for more than three years after admitting a drink driving charge.
Dylan Williams, of 78 Bryn, Ffordd Wynne, appeared before Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on 28 September.
The court heard that the 61-year-old was stopped while driving a Volkswagen Scirocco on the A496 at Blaenau Ffestiniog on 7 September.
Roadside and police station breath tests showed that Williams had 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Magistrates disqualified Williams from driving for 38 months and handed him a fine of £576.
He must also pay prosecution costs of £85 as well as a surcharge to fund victim services of £230.
