A Crymych man has appeared in court charged with sexual assault and threatening to burn down a house.
Daniel Phillips, of 13 Heol Fferm Fila, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 16 September.
The 41-year-old is charged with the sexual assault by touching of woman at Crymych rugby club on 2 November last year.
He is further accused of threatening to burn down a home in Hermon on 20 October 2024.
Phillips is next due to appear before Aberystwyth Magistrates' Court on 12 November where a trial date has been set.
He was remanded on conditional bail by magistrates until that date.
