A 14-YEAR-OLD girl had sexual intercourse with four local men on one night—three with her consent but one without, a jury heard this week.

She told police she willingly had sex with the first three, but later woke to find that a total stranger was having intercourse with her.

Rhys Michael Jones, 18, of 10 Maes y Felin, has admitted sexual activity with a child in 2014.

Jason Williams, 20, of 24 Maes yr Haf, and Mark Jones, 22, of Pant y Grwndi Farm, Fishguard are on trial at Swansea Crown Court having entered pleas of not guilty to the same charge.

Alongside them in the dock is Kamil Anton, 28, of Mandalay, Gwbert. He denies raping the girl and also denies a second charge of sexual activity with a child.

The girl told police in a video-taped interview that was played to the jury that in 2014, she had met up with Rhys Jones in a pizza restaurant in Cardigan.

She said she went back to his flat and had sexual intercourse with him. At one stage she had intercourse with Williams before performing a sex act on him and at another point was in bed with both Rhys Jones and Mark Jones.

The teenager said she eventually fell asleep but awoke because she was in pain.

Anton was having intercourse with her, she said, and when she struggled he pulled her hair.

She told the court that Rhys Jones was asleep next to her at the time and she tried to wake him up but failed.

“I didn’t have a clue who he (Anton) was. I knew the other three. I don’t know how my clothes came off.

“I was scared and confused,” she said.

She said after sex Anton asked her how old she was.

“I said I was fourteen. He said oh s***, I’m 28,” she alleged.

The girl was due to be cross examined by barristers representing the defendants yesterday, Tuesday.

James Jenkins, prosecuting, told the jury that in relation to Williams and Jones consent did not come into it—the girl was under-aged.

Anton, said Mr Jenkins, did not even bother to find out how old she was.

The prosecution allege that she was raped. The trial continues.
